good day sir;i need your support gsm server team..

Everytime i do openline and write imei,always show error..

I try re install driver,try to intall sigma box into other pc..

also i try reformat my pc win 7 64bit.. the same error...

i'll try also update card and installed new update.. same error..

Before servicing the phone, please make sure that all the side programs, that may interfere with the phone, are closed. Try unlocking on another PC.

By Using new format laptop working on win7 32 bit..
