I'm having same issue after done it goes to lowfactory reset and failed to reset Huawei I'd remain please do something about it

It's not about p40 all Huawei devices on emui 11 have this problem

I downgraded to 10.1.180 still same problem I backed up the origin al firmware before I did huawei id Dan updated through wifi still same so flashed back the original firmware that was in the phone still same

i have same problem but customer bring to me like that after a other tecnicien got problem after remove huawei id with sigma

user reset fails at 15% hard reset fails at 5 percent
