HUAWEI TestPoint: Unexpected response from the phone

Please, the assistant, the phone was not entering to the alphabet mode, I followed all the instructions explained in the explanation and flashing the board after Click on load fast boot And flashing the board before the board to the other and the same problem does not enter the mode Alabridj Mode, and upon trying again the phone becomes unresponsive and writes
