Huawei vog-l09 flashing problem - GSM-Forum

HELLO SIGMA TEAM I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO UNLOCK THIS PHONE P30 FOR OVER A WEEK NOW BUT IT FINALLY UNLOCK TODAY VIA TESTPOINT METHOD BUT AFTER UNLOCK BUT AFTER UNLOCK PHONE NOT COMING IT STILL IN HUAWEI USB COM MODE AND IT ASKING TO FULL FLASH THE PHONE CAN ANYONE HELP OUT WITH THE FIRMWARE AND PROCEDURE TO REVIVE THIS PHONE. HERE IS THE LOG SigmaKey v.2.40.09 build 01

@ hamat,

Have you serviced this phone via software testpoint operation or via hardware testpoint operation?
In case phone was serviced via software testpoint operation, re-flash phone as it is stated in the log file.
If phone was serviced via hardware testpoint operation, check phone's PCB.

Yes i have service phone via hardware method and it was successful but after then the phone remain in usb com 1.0 mode pls can any one give a direct to the original firmware can i have check every other thing it only flash i have not been able to do please help me with the firmware link

If the phone was serviced via hardware testpoint operation, check phone's PCB for hardware malfunctions / short circuits.

I have checked all the pcb for hardware malfunction and theshort circuits area all seem ok dont know what else to do now i want u to help me revive this phone it a very disturbing issue for me i cant afford to buy new phone for owner

Why after unlock you use software test point on / off ?

In case phone is getting serviced via hardware testpoint operation there is no need to use software tespoint on/off feature.

What operations exactly have you performed to this phone?

Please check phone's PCB for hardware malfunctions.

I only unlock this phone via test points now it not coming up presently it is in usb com 1.0 mode not I just want it to come and give customers back in one piece
