Y336-U02 is not supported for the servicing purposes by SigmaKey.
At the moment SigmaKey supports Y336-A1 handset.

The fact is that Sigma box doesn't support phones with spd processors so please Sigma team, stop the hypocrisy by pledging to find solution to this phone model. Sigma box doesn't support spd phones and it's as simple as abc unless of-course, Sigma supports spd phones, then you may have the ability to pledge support or solution to this phone model. If you have employed unskilled customer service personnel who haven't been through seminars, then please deal with it because your responses confuse the entire public.

In order to be able to develop solution for the Y336-u02, that is based on the spd CPU as you have properly mentioned, we need to have Huawei Y336-u02 in our hands. Because all of the devices that we had in our office were already unlocked.

Without locked unit on the currently unsupported platform in our office, it is quite difficult to develop solution, as most of users know.

Please find general solution to serving purposes for all spreadtrum based phones first before finding solution which is limited to only this phone model because apart from huawei, I have come across Alcatel spreadtrum based phones too. Spreadtrum phones are now being introduced into the market and as time goes on, we will be having a lot of them
