Y625 phone model is already supported for the servicing purposes by SigmaKey starting from the software version 2.13.01.

Y625 phone model doesn't require packs.
Detailed manual on how to service this phone model available by this link.
In order to be able to check whether required phone model is supported and whether it requires any pack perform these easy steps:

Go to the list of supported phone models
Select required phone brand
Find required phone model
Press left mouse button on it
You will see list of supported operations and whether any pack is required
By Pressing "Help" you will be redirected to the detailed manual

In case phone model is not listed, it is not supported officially at the moment.

1. Install required drivers for your model (only if the phone is connected for the first time):

2. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
3. "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"
4. Go to "Unlock" tab
5. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
6. Turn the phone ON and wait until it fully powers on
7. Select Huawei Diagnostic Port in the ports selection tab (for Y560, Y5: select DBAdapter Reserved Interface)
8. Press "Unlock" button
9. Message "Unlocking phone… Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
10. Disconnect the handset
