Huawei HWV32 is supported for the following operations:

Change Vendor/Country/Model
ENABLE DOWNGRADE (TESTPOINT)
FLASH (factory, fastboot, upgrade) not all versions support this feature
Huawei ID remove
Load fastboot
Read/Write Huawei certificate
Software testpoint ON/OFF
Unlock

For Pack3 + Pack4 + Pack5 users

Enable Huawei certificate/calibrations sharing

For Pack1 users

Change Sim card mode (single-dual)
Repair IMEI, WI-FI, Bluetooth, serial numbers (Manufacture mode)
Unlock (Manufacture mode)
Work with Bootloader (Manufacture mode)
Wrong Code Counter Reset

For Pack3 users

FRP REMOVE
READ / Write OEM info (testpoint)

For Pack4 users

Downgrade / Change firmware (if downgrade file exists)
RESCUE MODE Entering (up to Android 9.x)
Write full OTA UPDATE files

what mode am i going to use for pack 3 and 4 user? i dont have pack 1.. maybe this explains the error..

You have 3+4 activated .. you can unlock this phone by software testpoint method or you can also use hardware testpoint method.

As it was already mentioned by malka4u, you can service phone via software or hardware testpoint operation.
