1. Show the log of flashing using upgrade mode
2. Did you flash both 2 files using that mode? New smartphone models have two flash files: main flash file and localization file. These two files should be flashed together. See here how to select the 2nd file

john_1986, do you know the original firmware version that initially was in the phone?

1. Find it and flash the phone with that exact version. Phone has to start normally after flashing.
2. Then pefrorm ENABLE DOWNGRADE procedure. And you will be able to flash other versions to that phone.

No need to use it at this stage. Try to do what I suggested. Find flash file that was in your phone somehow. Check if it was mentioned on phone's sticker or phone's package...
