I want to transfer Sigma from Card 1 to 2

I have an activated card that is damaged, with the serial number XXX. I also have another card in good condition but not activated, with the serial number YYY. Can the activation license of XXX be transferred to YYY ?How should I proceed?

Last edited by Gsmserver; 02-11-2025 at 17:20. Reason: removed serial numbers
