No, Huawei Edition does not require yearly activation.

because i bought sigma full packs and i think is beter to buy huawei dongle than to buy huawei pack 3 and 4 every year

xboy_6, if you already have Sigma with all packs, you do not need Huawei Edition dongle!
You have all Huawei functionality.

Pack 3 appeared 26.10.2016
Pack 4 appeared 16.10.2019 (after 3 years)
