@ fredinho,

According to the provided log files SigmaKey didn't perform any action to this phone.
In order to be able to run Software testpoint operation, download corresponding firmware, connect phone to PC in an Upgrade mode and select DBAdapter interface port.
For more details please refer to this link.

I have downloaded a little over five files but always getting error inconsistent file

Have you tried turning the phone on completely, turning it off, and then starting the service operation from the beginning?
Has the phone ever been serviced by another service tool? Is the phone fully functional?

Please attach all 5 temporary backup files that belong to this phone.

It looks like this phone was already serviced with some other tool.
Perform following steps:
1. Rear Chip data file from the working handset
2. Run Repair Chip is damaged operation
3. Repeat Remove Huawei ID operation once again
4. Post results in a current thread.

no solution.100% charged,trying to backup chip data failed.trying to repair chip data:asking for data.

Read chip data file from other kirin based device and use it for the repair operation.
List of platforms with compatible Chip Data files: Kirin 710 / 710A / 810 / 820 / 980 / 985 / 990 / 990 5G
