already this box slow in update and most new phones other team already unlocking them i my self have all packs activate on my sigma and haven't even use them so whats the point of taking more from our pockets.. nothing new

"I am a normal user of Sigma. I just remove FRP, Huawei ID, etc. I have never flashed a mobile phone using it because the support area is not free. I bought this expensive tool as a one-time investment, but now the company wants an annual fee as well. In the GSM market, every expensive box provides lifetime access. I bought Z3X in 2006 or 2007, and it is still working. Pandora Box, Octoplus Box, Easy Jtag, UFI, etc., are lifetime tools. Cheap tools like UMT and EFT charge yearly fees.

One tool that is expensive and charged every year is Furious Gold, and I threw it in the garbage.

Please review your decision, or if anyone cannot afford the yearly fee, the company should give access to old software that has already been paid for or bought packages already. This is my humble request to the company."
