Isn't it supposed to be the opposite? Those who had all the packages had a 1-year bonus, the others who had a 4-6-month pack if they had 1 to 3-3-month packs? Exactly, how can you classify the users who pay all the packs to the users who don't pay for a single pack? If a new user for less than 6 months buys a sigma with a pack, and I have been with my sigma for more than 2 years with all the active packs, why does the new user have more benefits than me if he doesn't buy a pack? Why not give us more time for those who have the 5 active packs regardless of the time, I know that the business model has to change for all of them to work but I don't see it as a good thing for your loyal users with more time, in one year I can gather 70 usd but in 3 months I don't think

For how long did u think to have this idea.
You know that u can't get more money because ur tool is outdated, means no new user is going to buy it. So the only way to face this problem of not having new sources of money is to charge more on ur old users, by telling them that packages are lifetime and after, you come with this useless update and force old users to pay yearly fees, and u gave them a ridiculous option of keep using old software without accessing to server and no more updates.
At least i hope u know that u are liars and u stole our money for nothing
