all boxes dongles flashtools can work with mtk ,only f......king sigma cant connect always error hilp me

phone model stratus c5,but not only this have connection problem ,ALL MTK PROBLEM

Current error shows that the phone is connected in a wrong way.
What phone model exactly you are trying to service?
Post here full log file from the operation you are trying to perform

Here are some main tips on how to find required manual:

Go to the list of supported phone models
Find required brand - phone model
Press left mouse button on it
List of supported operations and required packs will appear
Under the list of supported operations appears "Help" button
By pressing on a "Help" button you will be redirected to the page with the manuals
