JNY-LX1 huawei id removed but


dear Sigma Key tean

after successfuly remove huawei id

at phone screen show reset failed


id removed but you cant set patren lock
you can not reset the phone


Plz help

Downgrade operation is risky. You can perform Downgrade operation at your own risks.
Recommended to use firmware with the same cust version.

What an issue phone originally had?
What operations has been performed to it?
What firmware version phone originally had and what firmware version did you use to flash it?
make a separate thread and post log files from an operations you have performed to this phone along with an issue description.
