Battery must be connected to the phone's board and fully charged. Especially while performing operations using testpoint.

how did you put your JNY-LX1 to testpoint mode i tried using modified usb keeps failing

hamzamohd, we have a guide: How to service devices with closed (disabled) hardware TP
Use latest Sigma version, strictly follow Sigma commands. Use our cable schematics.

respectfully sir i used the same method as instructed
Turn off the phone. Battery must be connected to the phone's board and fully charged.
Disconnect the cable from the phone and the computer
Short the testpoint to the ground
Connect the cable to the phone
Connect the cable to the computer

but it dont seem to be working at all i cant put this put to testpoint

Did you try with non-modified cable? I see now that we have repports that 10.1.0.361 can be serviced even with regular usb cable

yes i tried with modified cable and non modified which the phone only stays blank dont detect untill u switched it on

Have you already serviced other Huawei devices with this modified cable? We need to exclude the possibility that the problem is in the cable
