Hello everyone, especially the Sigma team

i have an y9 prime 2019 (stk-l21m)
the phone build was b351 befor dead
then i try to downgrade for frp bypass
phone get the firmware compltly
but after finish phone is dead an pc dont reconize any usb port

i deassmble the phone and short the test point for huawei com 1.0
then use load fastboot option on sigma
The phone went into fastboot mode
and when sigma tray to unlock bootloader for writing firmware in fastboot mode its just say faild :(

when u add this build for unlock bootloader
or give me another way to revive my customer phone:confused:

Hi, put into factory mode, testpoint mode and flash board firmware.... then flash stock rom...

1) Load fastboot
2) Reflash the phone using suitable flash files

sir i say that when i went to flashing in fastboot mode
it get fail
sigma cant unlock bootloader
so i cant flash with suitable flaah file
work pn it plz

Hi, try by testpoint mode manually...

i told that i deassmble the phone and try test point and huawwi com 1.0

in this situation u cant flash board software or official update. app

u must first load fastboot then flash any firmware
so in this mode u need thhat bootlader be unlocked
as difult bootloader is locked and sigma cant unlock bootloder for flashing official firmware
the biggest problem is that.

i ask sigma team for unlock bootloader in this situation or give me another way to rwvive

make test point, load fastboot put info here, we check what firmware u need to use for unbrick,

dont use any board its not need now, only stock

Your phone is now in COM1 state.
So perform "Software TP OFF".
