Try to connect this phone in powered OFF state.
In any case, testpoint for this model is available at boot-loader.com, free section: testpoints -> Huawei TestPoints -> HiSilicon -> MTK

trying to remove huawei id from kob2-l09 but can't connect tablet to pc,
software says.. plug the usb cable into the powered off phone..
tablet isn't connected when powered off.. it shows charging sign when cable connected.
