I advise you to downgrade the firmware version (flash lower firmware version), and then repeat the procedure for removing the Huawei ID through the manufacture mode.

from ur experiance which version i can try

I would try to flash the lowest version available. So you can try 9.0.1.150 or even lower.
Don't forget to select both files from the package. Run "Enable Downgrade" operation on service tab.

both files mean example i download firmware and got



UPDATE.APP
USERDATA.APP
PTABLE.APP


so can i use UPDATE.APP and USERDATA.APP is enough ?
