I changed PCs ,uninstalled and installed alcor driver,tryed xp and win7
i think s-card is readed but not connected ,maybe software problem ,here's screenshot:

In case Smart Card can not be detected at all, it means that it has some malfunctions.

I have the same problem sigma does not detect the s-card if there is any solution, I hope your help. This is the error that gives me sigma, already verify drives, operating system, update to the last vercion even connect another sigma box and work correctly

S-Card: 526051605 Sigma dongle, v 2.22
Your Sigma dongle is up to date and does not need to be updated

Can your SigmaKey be detected or no?
According to the log files, it is getting detected by update operation.
If yes, close all running software and try launching software once again. Also, you can try installing Sigma Software at another PC.

Ensure that no other box or dongle connected, re-connect SigmaKey / box to another USB port, re-install drivers try running Sigma Software once again.
