The light on the dongle works when you open the software but it asks to connect the dongle. Looking for S-Card... Not found (card readers searched: 0 of 1) Please connect SigmaKey/Box |

Please ensure that no other Box / Dongle is connected to PC at the same time, uninstall Smart Card reader drivers, re-connect SigmaKey to another USB port, re-install drivers for Smart card reader, manually. Correct drivers can be found in a file folder along with the software. Usually it is C:\Program Files(x86)\ GsmServer \ SigmaKey \ drivers \ AU9540DrvPkg V1.7.26.0_WHQL \ program_files \ AlcorMicro \After that run Sigma Software. In case still same issue appears perform following operations:
In order to be able to check what could go wrong and solve current issue developers need to check all of the log files from operations performed by current SigmaKey. Best Regards GSMServer team |
