hello sigma team

we have HUAWEI P10 VTR-AL00 with (huawei ID)
but i cant remove this account by sigma at last update

@ FayGsmDz,

What an error appears when you try to perform Remove Huawei ID operation?
Huawei ID remove operations requires to be performed from the Powered ON state.
Repeat operation once again and post log file here, please.

i need remove HUAWEI ID
yesterday not work for me and at this morning working fine
but the phone still ask HUAWEI ID

Enable Manufacture Mode

Open the hidden device menu: dial "*#*#2846579#*#*"
Select "Project Menu" -> "Background Settings" -> "USB Ports Settings" -> "Manufacture Mode"

Procedure

Internet connection has to be enabled, proxy disabled. Root is not required
Select "HISILICON" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
"Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"
Go to "Service" tab
Power the phone ON and connect it to PC with USB cable
Install required Huawei smartphone driver (only if the phone is connected for the first time)
Select "Android Adapter PCUI" port
Press "FRP remove / Huawei ID" button

i did try with fastboot to remove screen lock
lock and frp is done butt huawei id is still there
