The Huawei ID procedure is completely safe. This security file is used only for analysis by developers. You can not restore it. It does not contain any personal information.

Master reset the device.
Then Remove Huawei ID using boot 3. Try 2-3 times if the result will be unsuccessful.

At some stage you will be asked to disconnect the modified USB cable from the phone and connect the phone to the PC using the regular USB cable (without resistor). Attention! If you continue with the modified cable, the service operation will fail!

Not possible to extract anything that will help in this case.
  • Run the "Repair "Chip is damaged"" service operation with boot 3.
  • Strictly follow Sigma commands (you will have to change the cable from modified to regular during the service operation).
  • Show the log. Show the photo of what you see on the phone's screen.

After finishing the ID remove operation, please don't disconnect the cable and wait 30 seconds more.

1) Master reset the device and repeat the service operation.
2) Don't forget to disconnect the modified USB cable from the phone and connect the phone to the PC using the regular USB cable (without resistor), when the program will ask you to do so
3) After removing the Huawei ID, you will have to connect the phone to WIFI. It will be possible to go through the menu and activate the device as a "new device".
4) If the operation was unsuccessful, an alternative option is to flash a different firmware version and try to remove the ID on it.
