Hi,

I have Motorola Moto XT1921-6 (E5 Play) After successful generating unlock code...Code NOT WORKING..! Tried two times same code generated but doesn't accept the code.

Pack 1: Activated
Pack 2: Activated
Pack 3: Not activated

I update the software thru moto software assistant but still same, code doesn't accept.

I think you have to activate the pack 3 for latest operation work fine.

I am having same issue, only after I updated with Verizon software assistance. It generates the code, and does not work. On phones with the old software works fine. Done hundreds.
