Everything is functioning 100% ok on Moto E5 Play Verizon, then when you upgrade using Verizon upgrade assistant the unlock is no longer functional. It will not recognize the sim card. DO NOT UPGRADE MOTO E5 WITH VERIZON UPGRADE ASSISTANT!!!

The problem comes after the OTA upgrade wich is automatic if it isn't disabled from developer options, I have 10 cellphones waiting for solution, meanwhile I said to my clients that do not upgrade if their mobiles are on a version under ODPS.91.121.10

I have a Moto E5 Play Verizon with ODPS.91.121.10 and it has not lost its unlock. I hear it is the ODPS.91.121.10-2 that is the update where it loses its unlock. Has anyone had trouble with ODPS.91.121.10? Or is it just ODPS.91.121.10-2?

Nope, the problem is with the version 91.121.10-2
Do not update if you are in 91.121.10

Yes I did it, they said "This devices does not qualify to unlock"
Or something like that

Triple checked the Oem unlock data and it is fine, Motorola is not giving the unlock code for this model because they say that the mobiles were in another words, stolen from Verizon
