Hi,

I have Motorola Moto XT1921-6 (E5 Play) After successful generating unlock code...Code NOT WORKING..! Tried two times same code generated but doesn't accept the code.

Pack 2: Activated

After generating the code when i enter it doesn't accept "Requesting network unlock unsuccessful "

I update the software thru moto software assistant but still same, code doesn't accept.

Please upload security backups read from this phone to any filesharing web site and post link for them in a current thread. Also, please sign what network provider this phone is locked to.

I think you have to activate the pack 3 for latest operation work fine.

I am having same issue, only after I updated with Verizon software assistance. It generates the code, and does not work. On phones with the old software works fine. Done hundreds.
