Need help: Motorola e5 play after unlock

First come phone was asking for network unlock code,
i unlock it using sigmakey but always error like this

then i figured it out it has to be enter the locked sim, then it goes like this

at the middle of the progress has eror and when i power on it has imei 0
then i try to unlock again

it was done and imei was normal again, i reboot the phone but the phone wasnt asking for a code and yeet the signal bar was missing, so i flash the phone using fastboot mode using this command

the flashing progress was done but when it boot, it gives error
1. "Motorola Modem Service has stopped x cloase app", then
2. "There's an internal problem your device, and it may be unstable until you factory data reset." and cannot enter menu

i was try flash again using Software Upgrade Assistant
but the problems still remain.

1. do you have solution for this?
2. How do we restore the backup file with .skb extension? and can it restore using fastboot mode? as when the last procedure was writing file on fastboot mode. because i cant enter menu to enable adb and diag to repeat the unlock progress
3. does moto e5 play bootloader can be unlocked?

the only thing you needed to do was to try the unlock process again, since it saves a backup and when you unlock it in the second step it restores it and the phone is perfectly functioning ... another thing to keep in mind before unlocking you must ensure that all drivers are correctly installed because when you do the second restart if you updated the drivers manually and not installed correctly it is disabled and Sigma does not recognize the phone when reconnecting and for this error the phone is left without imei, but this is resolved by trying again to restore security from the copy made by the program

you cant say it was perfectly functioning , because signal bar wasnt exist. yet if you really read my description you will notice that.

If I read correctly, the problem was that when I gave you an error the phone stopped asking for the unlock code, proceeded to flash the corresponding firmware and left you with the error of the modem, what I told you that you should have done was to try the process again and that I could solve it in that way because it restored the backup copy, the imei asked for the code again ... after that everything worked normally for me

when you try to do the unlock again sigma restores the backup that you saved... try to do the UNLOCK process again, I think you dont need the ADB be activated sigma will use the phone in factory mode and the ADB will be activad by the factory mode option.

i try with bp tool mode and factory mode, adb and diag port wasnt detected
if it was detected by the computer, i wont be making this thread and looking for a solution.

At the moment, security backups are getting saved for the development purposes only. It can not be flashed back onto the phone.
In order to restore phone try performing following operations:

1. Download firmware for exactly your phone model
2. Take fsg partition from the file
3. Power ON phone in a FastBoot mode
4. Run following command fastboot flash fsg fsg
5. Run following command fastboot erase modemst1
6. Run following command fastboot erase modemst2
7. Run following command fastboot reboot
