Please explain in more details what an issue exactly you have.
What had happened to this phone?
What is it's current state?
What operation you are trying to perform?

@ bochmo,

In order to be able to flash phone via Factory mode with the board file it is required to select "Huawei Android (Diag.)" phone model from the "Phone model" dropdown box.
For more details please double check Factory mode flashing manual by following this link.
