after updating to sigma plus you can not access any of your old 1-5 packs that you paid $'s for. what is this yearly subscription. we have a physical box with loads of wires why shall we pay yearly subscription. That method is for software only activations. we bought the boxes we should be able to use basic functions what we paid for. when we bought 1-5 packs we were not told. you will stop us from using them one day even we paid for them we have the hardware box still can not access what we paid for!

a) Agree to and upgrade to the new Sigma Plus terms. This change is irreversible.
b) Remain on their current Sigma/SC2 version indefinitely, though without access to server operations.

Honestly we agree change is there, but it depends how are you implementing it In this case 90% of your loyal user are not buying this idea but you still insist on it, removing all packs that we paid for aside from buying the hardware. Disconnecting server based operation for the old users, it would be ok to disconnect people from new updates but leave the to use server based operation because we earned from sacrifice buying and buying each pack then after being disconnected its unbelievable Sigma is one most expensive tools, after acquiring this someone should be given respect as a supplier your are not respecting your customers instead your pushing us away and for majority I'm 100% sure we have given up on your tool.

If you released updates that your customers need, and not some patches that are more than one year old and many of them are free in principle, you had the right to demand payment for your work! But you took and made paid what was bought from you many years ago. Both I and other users have written to you many times that the path you have chosen is wrong and that you are losing your regular customers, and we have lost a good tool. If I did not care about you and your project, I would not have written a word, because I value my time. I hope that over a cup of tea you and your team will talk again and change the vector of pressure, because coercion will not lead us to anything good in the end. You will lose everyone who is left, and we will lose the project that we valued very much. Please think at least one step ahead.

its frustrating we have a box here and loads of activations we paid for but can not use it for 6-7 year old phones just because sigma team sent a new update.

i do not want the new sigma plus just let us use the old sigma software.

Years back when z3x introduced Samsung TOOL Pro. even after purhcasing tool pro uptil today we are able to use the old 3g tool, then why is sigma forcefully making us loose access to what we paid for.
