sigma has been missing in action since last year only to appear with new offer. During the introduction of pack 5, you mention it will give us access to future update but unfortunately pack 5 no longer counts for future update, a lot of Huawei phones were damaged trying to use sigma( chip damaged),instead of making up for the mess, you are asking for more money. Sigma box is the most expensive in our industry, now you are about to add services that are being provided by these cheap tools for yearly activation. SPD Tab was introduced for almost three years on Sigma but not active. Have you sat down and thought about how we generate money with your tool? How many Qualcomm latest Huawei phones can be serviced with Sigma?

Hello, it would have been better to add a package for those who have 5 packs, the truth is that the MTK solution is everywhere sigma low in level with this and now full pack users pay annually, a shame.

I understand that any changes can disrupt one's comfort zone, but this change is for the better as it introduces a new platform for the future development of the product. The product has been evolving for over 11 years within packs, and this system has become outdated. The annual subscription system is more fair and transparent for both developers and consumers.

After the release of Sigma Plus, you need to upgrade to the new product, and you will continue to have access to the service operations you mentioned. If you are interested in offline service operations of Sigma and the ability to use the old version of the product, you can do so. If needed, you can upgrade to the new model at a time that is comfortable for you. You will receive bonus time for the upgrade.

It has been almost 3 years since the release of Pack 5, and there have been other packs released in 2014, 2016, and 2019... From today, Sigma products are being optimized and developed in the form of Sigma Plus. The product has been stable for over 11 years, with over 500 updates released during that time.

I believe that everyone, both clients and developers, is interested in the future of the project. However, the packs system is no longer suitable for moving forward. We have found a compromise solution that has proven successful in the market and have offered a competitive price for annual access.

And this 11 years I was your user and I buy new pack even if not need it just to support you, but what you do now is stupid and you lost much more your old users that support you then you think.
For users with all 5 pack should be something extra if you want have it still then 3 month sigma plus and after this time lost all sigmakey function(noone that think will update own dongle with all pack for just 3 month access).

in 09/2020 i pay for pack 4
in 6/2022 i pay for pack 5

other pack 2 and 3 already activated.

and now if i update my dongle i'ts like other with 1.2 or 3 pack activated
or pack 4 or 5 activated.

i think it is not fair
