1. Download latest SigmaKey software
2. Install it
3. Update SigmaKey

I have seen many sigmabox users complaining with this problem

Looking for S-Card ... Not found (card readers searched: 0 of 1)
Please connect SigmaKey / Box

but the sigmabox support only says to install the Alcor Micro Smart Card Reader Driver without any effective request.

Please tell me how I solve this problem that is so typical of the sigmabox.

I have seen this failure in many users, some say that it is because of the amount of equipment that they unlock and sigma blocks the boxes others simply updated the sigma and from there it says not found

Please perform following operations:

1. Locate logs folder at your PC
   My Documents->SigmaKey->logs
2. Rar it
3. Send all of the log files in a rar archive to support[at]sigmakey.com

In order to be able to check what could go wrong and solve current issue developers need to check all of the log files from operations performed by current SigmaKey.

Question please. Today i haved a short circuit in my usb hub and the dongle is dead now. If i replace with another alcor dongle and i put the card inside, will work? If not, from where can i buy an alcor reader? i'm from Italy. Thx in advance.

SigmaKey is fully compatible with the Octoplus/Octopus/Medusa/Smart-Clip2/Pegasus boxes.
