Send us backups and phones based on MT6250 / MT6252 - GSM-Forum

For investigate purposes, we've added Read backup and Get unlock codes / Get phone code options for MTK models based on MT6250, MT6252. Also, please notice that we are looking for MTK phone models based on MT6250 & MT6252 for purchase. If you have any phone based on mentioned above CPU, please contact me directly.
If you have any handset based on specified above MCUs, please perform "Read backup" operation and send backups from them to us, for detailed analysis.

Please note: In case if during phone connection/reading operation "Error 00250218" appears, uncheck "Phone processor boost" option and connect phone once again.

Backup copies along with the log files can be sent to support[at]sigmakey.com or alternatively can be uploaded to any filesharing web sites and after that link to it suppose to be sent to me in PM.

Please read attentively:

First of all this stick is for "MTK models based on MT6250, MT6252", your set is based on the MT6268 MCU.
Latest SigmaKey software version is 1.11.0. Why did you use an old software version?
Have you mailed 54C3040520992703FEE52A0E787DAE00_MT6268_00E C00A1-00000015.skb file, as it is signed in the log file, along with the detailed problem description and step by step procedure description to support[at]sigmakey.com ?
As it is signed in the section rules, log files with the serial numbers will be deleted.

Mail log files from all 3 phone models, along with the backup copies and detailed problem description to support[at]sigmakey.com

P.S. Next time if post will contain SigmaKey serial number, it will be deleted.
