@ rolandoordonez,

Try performing Read Unlock Codes according to the manual for Alcatel and ZTE Android Smartphones based on MT6573 / MT6575 / MT6577 / MT6589 and post a log file along with the results in this thread.

Seems like ZTE Blade Q is based on MT6572. Use this manual for unlocking (Android Smartphones based on MT6572).
