Member: 121052 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.107126 Thanks Meter: 80,766 | @ ivan33, One of possible reasons for current issue error could be that the Smart Card can not be read properly. In case your box has warranty cover, contact your reseller for the warranty replacement. In case warranty cover has expired, you can try performing following operations: 1. Take out Smart card from the box 2. Clean it 3. Place it back 4. Run Sigma Software In case same issue appears, try using SigmaKey Smart Card in another reader (Smart-Clip2,Octopus, Octoplus, Medusa, Pegasus). In case still same error appears, it shows that the Smart card is damaged. Best Regards GSMServer team  |
