hello folks

someone has to help,

i bought my sigma box fully activated as we agreed after i receive the box is brand new but my problem was

the packs were not activated. as i paid 440usd to the seller but after i check the pack was not activate

what should i do to make all packs activate?

is this normal after you buy the sigma box fully activated and then the packs were not activate?
