In case you are already on Sigma Plus. Yes, you have the freedom to choose the date when to pay for Sigma Plus access. You can pause and resume the access as needed and required.

If you want to consider upgrading to Sigma Plus and do it later, you can still use offline Sigma operations.

Our bonus system is based on the data of packs or product activation. If you haven't activated a pack for several years, you will still receive a bonus level for 3 months. In all other cases, this level will range from 6 to 12 months. We value the loyalty of our old users, so we provide bonuses to all our customers and allow them to upgrade to Sigma Plus.

I think it makes sense for Sigma to move to an annual fee. The development team needs to keep generating revenue to sustain the team and keep the team motivated to continue developing new products. But why is the Sigma Dongle always broken? I have received reports from three customers that the dongle was damaged after upgrading to Sigma plus. Are they not willing to bear the cost of repurchasing the dongle? It bothers me!

We consider each case individually and work with it accordingly. In the case of a warranty issue, we simply replace the dongle with a new one. For post-warranty cases, there are also solutions available. We encourage your customers to write us to support@sigmakey dot com, and we will be happy to help them.

Neither of the specified MTK devices (VNA-LX2 and VNE-LX2) is supported by Sigma Plus.

If you haven't activated any pack in the past 2+ years, you receive the lowest level of bonus access. The bonus access level is determined based on the activation date of the pack.

Of course I didn't, because they were all active !
and we didn't know that you would make the activation annually, so whenever a new package comes, we activate it but it seems that we are the ones who lost with this process..
