rickyman, To start using Sigma Plus, you need to purchase either a dongle or a box. The dongle solution is cheaper than the box solution. Both options offer the same functionality, same supported models.

After the initial product activation, you will receive one year of access to it. Once the access period expires, you can choose to extend it if desired.

Ensure that you have reliable Internet connection, antivirus / firewall is not blocking access and repeat operation once again.
In case same issue appears try running software using another network provider.

Thanks for the answer. What happens if I don't renew the license more than a year after the expiration date. Will the card be cancelled?

Even users who purchased Sigma or Smart-Clip2 back in the distant year of 2012 and haven't used the product since then can upgrade to Sigma Plus and receive bonus time.

If you have activated the new product Sigma Plus, you will receive 1 year of access to the product.
If you have upgraded to Sigma Plus from another Sigma product or SС2, you will receive bonus time according to the provided table.

The bonus time is calculated based on the activation date of the pack. For instance, if you activated the pack over 2 years ago, you will receive 3 months of bonus time. If you activated the pack within the last year, you will receive 1 year of bonus time.
You can find the amount of bonus time at the bottom of the Sigma Plus window.

We did not understand each other. There is less and less work, at least for me. I have 2 sigma boxes. If I do not extend the Sigma Plus license on one box for more than a year, what happens to the license? Can it be reactivated?

I have activated Sigma Plus licence on both sigma box.
