I have 2 sigma boxes. If I do not extend the Sigma Plus license on one box for more than a year, what happens to the license? Can it be reactivated?

You can activate the activation at any time. You are not limited in this.

Until now, sigma can't fix this.

All drivers are ok. After phone reboot in preloader mode, sigmaplus can't detect it

1. Ensure that no USB sharing software is installed
2. Uninstall if any is installed
3. Ensure that no other box/dongle is connected
4. Re-connect SigmaKey to another USB port
5. Re-install drivers
6. Run software

If same issue appears you can try installing software at another PC.

In case still same issue appears, you may perform following:
In case the warranty cover has expired:

1. Take out Smart card from the box
2. Clean it
3. Place it back
4. Run Sigma Software

If your SigmaKey is under warranty cover contact your reseller.

I have had my sigma box for several years.
A woman came with a Motorola E5 Go, I'm running Sigma Plus and boom: Your subscription expired! Renew it to continue to use SigmaPlus.��
I run the old version... no longer works of course.

katastyle, Almost a year ago, in May 2023, all Sigma products underwent a transformation into Sigma Plus. After upgrading to Sigma Plus, all users gained access to the full version of the product, along with bonus time based on the activation date of the pack. Upon expiration of the bonus period, users can extend it through one of two activation options: for a year or six months.
Users had the option to remain on the previous version of the product if they wished.

According to the changes that took place in May of last year, the user can either remain on their old version of Sigma, retaining all offline functionality but without access to server operations. Or they can upgrade to Sigma Plus - the full version of the product.
