Sigma plus how to register? - GSM-Forum

I bought a Sigma plus license for three 3 and I can't start the program. The "OK" button doesn't open when I enter my email and password.
I found out that it's a bug because my email has two dots at the end (@xxx.xxx.xx). If I remove one dot, the "OK" button opens.
Now I can't change my email address, only my password.
Let me mention that I've been using your boxes and services for over 15 years and there hasn't been a problem that we haven't solved.

I'm glad you resolved everything and returned the money to my supplier who gave me another license with a different email address.
I also unlocked the "Huawei ID" on my P40 lite. I've been using your services from the very beginning and I'm very satisfied. I've successfully done every phone with your equipment and that's why I recommend you to other colleagues in the business.
