This thread is designed to clarify various responsibilities of SigmaKey owners. Please read it and become familiar with it as its terms are retroactive and agreed upon by GsmServer team and forum members.

If you are posting on forum regarding:

1. Issues during operations with the phone:

• Specify phone model of the handset
• Describe step by step what exactly operation was performed.
• Full log file along with the SigmaKey software version from the procedure(s) you’ve performed.
• Send backup copy read from the phone support[at]sigmakey.com

2. Successful feedback:

• Specify phone model of the handset
• Full log file from the operation along with the SigmaKey software version. Don’t forget to hide serial numbers.
• Backup file, for MTK based phone models (uploaded to some filesharing hosting)

3. Untested or New phone models:

• Specify phone model of the handset
• Backup copy that was created before any operation.
• Step by step description of performed operations.
• Full log file, along with the SigmaKey software version. Don’t forget to hide your serial numbers.
• Backup copy that was created after operations was performed

4. SigmaKey serial numbers:

Please remember to keep SigmaKey serial number in secret at all times. The serial can be only posted to SigmaKey support team via e-mail or Private message.
The violation of these requirements will result in blocked all serials for good. There will be no return for the blocked devices. It will never become functional again.

The violation of these requirements will result in immediately deleted posts.


5. Boot-Loader v2.0 Terms and Conditions:


Please, be informed that every user should follow our rules and avoid abusive downloads.
All flash files available at Boot-Loader v2.0 at Smart-Clip and/or SCout sections and/or Sigmakey (*.smf, *.mfw, *.wxfx, *.wxcf, *.pcf, *.sfl) are property of GsmServer Team and may be downloaded for personal usage only.
Downloaded files shall not be shared or sold at public forums, free file hostings, FTP servers, torrents and other p2p networks. The violation of these requirements will result in blocked boot-loader accounts and/or S-Card, Smart-Clip, SCout, SigmaKey serial numbers!

i have one problem with you i have sell one sigma code pack 3 activation,and the buyer is scammer i have send the code i have report you for this on email you have block the sigma box from my *******r,the box is blocked but you not send me the new code i have lost my money for what ,so this is not good bicose you have blocked the sigma box from the *******r here is the information.Block Sigma Box s/n: 182759662

After update my sigma is no longer recognized and on contacting the support i was informed that they cannot do anything for me because this is out of warranty (if the card is recognized and updated corrupted the serial number of the sigma

this is the issue on my sigmay key now

update drivers manualy and reopen again
if any issue PM me will check (if it's only drivers issue )

eumore79, we recommend you do the following:

• Use only the drivers provided by Sigma Team.
• Connect SigmaKey Donlge / Box to USB port placed on the back side of PC (motherboard's USB port). Avoid using any kind of USB HUBS.
• Reinstall dongle drivers from Sigma Software folder or from here

Watch this video to find out how to install Sigma dongle drivers.

If you still get the error, please, insert SigmaKey Dongle / Box into another port and select drivers manually from the following folder:

• \Program Files\GsmServer\SigmaKey\drivers\AU9540DrvPkg V1.7.26.0_WHQL\program_files\AlcorMicro\x32\

or

• \Program Files\GsmServer\SigmaKey\drivers\AU9540DrvPkg V1.7.26.0_WHQL\program_files\AlcorMicro\x64
