What C++ version did you install?
Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 / 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) version and run software after that.

Software haven't received response from the phone.
If you have another locedm set, re-connect device to another USB port and repeat operation once again.

You were late, at least you should have implemented in the unisoc module, unlock bootloader, write firmware, repair imei, sim unlock, brands motorola, zte, nokia, samsung... as well as PANDORA, you do not deserve to reactivate the annuity
