This is ELS-NX9 (P40 PRO) I use all boot, i got same error, "error writting to serial port"

i'm an expert in software, i done my best, but i got same error

i reflash the phone memory with ELS-NX9 102.0.0.218 but i got error wrtting serial port when i try to remove id
