Member: 452143 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 227 | I bought the 5 packs and all for nothing, it was the biggest theft that they have committed against us Sigma users, leave the 5 packs functional for all the users who believed in you and for those who want new junk updates, activate the annual fee. |

Yes, this update includes both older and newer models. We have found and added loaders so that our users can work with these models if they come across them. I would like to remind you that the world is vast, and usage statistics show that Sigma Plus is available in most countries and regions worldwide, where various phones are prevalent. In China, there are certain brands, in Europe others, and in the USA and Latin America - completely different ones. Each region has different needs and brands. A new update is planned in the near future, which will significantly improve the QCOM auto-detect feature that works with unknown brands and phones: when neither the user nor the developer knows what phone it is, Sigma Plus will automatically identify the model and select the necessary loader. We are also working on other directions, and great improvements to the Sigma Plus usage conditions are planned. Thank you to all our supporters and haters, we work for you. | ||

Member: 645452 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 47 | I bought service pack 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 but I can't use the old exe. At least let's use the old one without taking advantage of the new updates. Are you aware that the majority of your users are not happy with this situation? |

Member: 1929246 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 40 | I agree and disagree with users and developers. I was one of that purchased all packs and you offers us a free sigma plus period, the thing is you offer a new software that have more capabilities and thats good and is right to pay for that, developement needs money. But I think will be fine that you let the posibility to use old sigma software to work with old phones that still come because in my personal case pay for new software is useless at this time because none of the new model came to my shop. And is not and investment pay a fee to do a Huawei Y5 2018 FRP... Its my opion, let us to use old software again, if we need new will pay its easy. Regards. |
