Thank you for your wishes and criticism.
Yes, this update includes both older and newer models. We have found and added loaders so that our users can work with these models if they come across them. I would like to remind you that the world is vast, and usage statistics show that Sigma Plus is available in most countries and regions worldwide, where various phones are prevalent. In China, there are certain brands, in Europe others, and in the USA and Latin America - completely different ones. Each region has different needs and brands.

A new update is planned in the near future, which will significantly improve the QCOM auto-detect feature that works with unknown brands and phones: when neither the user nor the developer knows what phone it is, Sigma Plus will automatically identify the model and select the necessary loader. We are also working on other directions, and great improvements to the Sigma Plus usage conditions are planned.
Thank you to all our supporters and haters, we work for you.

Sigma team wake up be realistic in business you cant scrap off what is truly our what we paid for some it took as years to active each every pack.

Look at what you speak its not turth you say " allowing users to either upgrade to the new model and full version of the product or remain with their existing model"

we didn't remain with existing model since you blocked server access for most important task so how are you being truthful to your users.

I suggest you rethink this decision other its Game Over for this tool

We, as users of Sigma for more than 10 years, can't trust in your team anymore for these reasons:
1. You kill this powerful tool by forcing people to go to Sigma Plus
2. It hasn't been updated for new Huawei phones.
3. a yearly subscription fee.
I hope your team will reconsider its new policy and listen to the complaints of thousands of users.

If you were to develop a digital edition of your tool and offer it at a reasonable price with an annual licensing model, there is a significant opportunity to revitalize its presence in the market.

A prime example of this approach's success can be seen with tools like Un***kTool, which has achieved widespread adoption among mobile repair technicians.
In fact, it's estimated that 80-90% of professionals in the industry use That Tool, largely due to its accessible pricing and practical licensing structure.

By following a similar path, your tool has the potential to regain traction and become an indispensable asset for technicians once again
.

However, the decision ultimately remains yours.

If they do this, then users who bought Pack 1-5 will find themselves in a humiliatingly disadvantageous position, although the situation is already difficult for all users.
