We are grateful to your team for these few years, if we don't ignore the truth, you have put good updates, but the first problem from my point of view is that you have confused your customers by giving many packs and the cost for the customer has increased and there is no place for work. You released it for the competitors to work on this issue and you become more discouraged every day. The second problem is the updates with a longer time, which again caused the competitors to act freely. The third problem was not better. A customer who has spent a few dollars on boxes and packs loses all hope overnight and has no motivation for your team and updates. Finally, we agree that your team is one of the best in GSM. I have no problem paying 70-80 usd a year, but show me what you give me and I will do it without a problem, but you don't get me something that I can get out with another 30 usd tool, if you are not going to do anything new anymore then lower your price yes I don't think anyone will, You have given me a lot for years I don't have to say no but everything changes I know but I can't lose my money

How many good updates are here?
Like, new Qualcomm chip security, Kirin 9000 etc...
Also you robbed your customers by forced update like "Sigma Plus bla3".
Since you guys robbed me from my Sigma 5 packs, i won't renew your stupid dongle anymore.
Like 60-80 USD per year with like 2 very small, stupid update like MTK samsung frp, SPD update etc?
60-80 USD for a year for nothing is just pure scam. Not worth every single cent i'm spending on you.
Every free tools have that, like wtf bro?
In my mind, your team and product is officially dead. I won't buy a damn thing from you.
You told me "We are investigating bla3" yet your updates are just joke.
Don't scam customers. Don't lie to customers.
Be honest with us. If you're in war zone, just announce that.

eve-lx9 It’s impossible to remove Huawei ID, that’s what you need to work on, and all the Itel, Digma, etc. updates that you release are of no interest or need to anyone.

I.m so disappointed about this tool they are now becoming spams we already have other cheap offline tools for all those unisoc wat wat please try to upgrade eft is even now better than a very high price tool add network unlocks for all those devices you have copied from free tools then lets see u are better than pandora

For sure I was so proud to own sigma but now. So annoying that with pack 1-5 am equal to someone without any pack. And to make things worse no any serious updates, even from Huawei which you were more focused on. No any exclusive new solutions, please give us a justification for your change.
