In case you have performed Repair IMEI operation for Motorola phone using precious version of Sigma Software and IMEI number doesn't change, perform following operations:

1. Repeat Repair IMEI operation using Sigma Software v2.15.10
2. Master Reset phone
3. Post results

HI,
DO FOR IMEI REPAIR---




1. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
2. "Phone model" dropdown menu has to be set to "Autodetect"
3. Go to "IMEI" tab
4. Set the phone to the special mode:
1.Turn the phone OFF
2. Press Vol -, Power ON, then release Power ON button
3. Select BP Tools in the appeared menu, then confirm selection with Vol+ button
5.Connect the phone to PC using USB cable
6. Install required USB Driver (only if the phone is connected for the first time)
7. Select Diag port in the ports selection tab
8. Enter IMEI number in the "Phone IMEI" field
9. Press "Restore IMEI" button
10. The message "Done" indicates that the procedure has been completed successfully
11. Wait for the message "Restarting phone... Done" to appear in Sigma dialog window; only after that you can turn off the phone

Thanks to the user "ktre" TIPS!!
Downgrade for 4.4.4 and make repair using Sigma 2.15.10!!
It functioned normally;
TIP: only if the device restarts THE SOFTWARE, is that the procedure went well.
After repair do the update for Marshmallow normally.
