Try unlocking device following these steps:

1. Power off mobile
2. Connect it to PC.
3. After Battery symbol appears go to HiSi tab on Sigma software.
4. Select diag port and press Unlock.

good update good update

this tool update is good for the old user but for the new user like me planning to buy new 1 and price is to much than the old cause activation price of pack 1, pack 2 & pack 3 are included. old user are already earn and they must pay for activation to use new updates but for the new user (planning to buy) i think is not fair cause we need to pay for the past years that we don't use the tool..

i read a lot of good feedback for this tool but when i ask the reseller price.. shock price is high with activation pack 1, pack 2 & pack 3
why we need to pay the past update that we didn't use it?
