As it is stated in the log file you have posted, phone you have has a specific firmware version.
In order to be able to service phone with such firmware version you can perform following operations:
  1. IMPORTANT! Read phone’s firmware (backup)
  2. Downgrade phone’s firmware version
  3. Run Remove Huawei ID operation
For more detailed information, check full manuals on a supported operations by referring to this link.
