[ 31.05.2013 6:04:39 ] Error when connecting card in Axalto e-gate 1
SmartCard API error $80100069
The smart card has been removed, so that further communication is not possible.
pls help me

@ Popov123,

Please perform following operations:

Connect SigmaBox directly to PC USB port
Reinstall drivers for your box
Run update operation once again

I can not solve this problem. Maybe S-CARD in SigmaBOX damaged?
Install drivers on new 2 computers and I have the same errors.
Help.

instal this driver ( Alcor Micro Smart Card Reader Driver )
from the folder ( C:\Program Files (x86)\GsmServer\SigmaKey\drivers\AU9540DrvPkg V1.7.26.0_WHQL )
and all be okhy
