@supporters how to connect huawei G7220w (mtk 625a)...... this phone only connect through usb cable in other softwares(i.e. Gbkey/volcano) port detect but in sigma it doesnt connect.....

After asking many times to add activation for Sigma key over another dongle and got no positive reply, finally I bought the Sigmakey, but now I need an Alcatel model to be supported, because all other Alcatel models that SigmaKey supports are also supported by other boxes like NCK dongle or GB key.
It is Alcatel 316

Connect SigmaBox / SigmaKey Dongle to PC USB port and launch SigmaKey Software
Go to "Unlock" tab
Connect* turned off phone to PC
Select an appropriate COM port in SigmaKey Software (usually the highest number)
Press "Unlock" button and follow the instructions in the log window

I am always getting error writing to comport (USB) please advise what it problem, using win 7 64bit, more than one model! Qualcomm

you are using wrong drivers, or phone is in wrong mode. there is no other problem.
